Helen Hoy Greeley ( 1878 to 1965), was a suffrage activist, legislative counsel, lawyer, political organizer, and worker for environmental protection. In the 1920 and 1930s Greeley was connected with the Interorganization Council on Disarmament, and the Women's Consultative Committee on Nationality created by the Council of the League of Nations.

Helen Hoy Greeley was born Jan. 20, 1878 in Albany, New York. She received her law degree in 1903. Greeley was an early and significant voice in the suffrage movement. In 1913 she helped create the Rainbow Campaign. She is well known for her campaign in 1918-1920 to obtain rank status for army nurses. In the 1920 and 1930s Greeley was connected with the Interorganization Council on Disarmament, and the Women's Consultative Committee on Nationality created by the Council of the League of Nations...
